Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty or known as a Nose Job is a surgical procedure for correcting and reconstructing the form of the nose. The rhinoplasty can involve removing a nasal bump, narrowing the nose, increasing / decreasing the projection of the nose, correcting a crooked nose, increasing / decreasing the size of the nose, correcting a drooping or hanging tip as well as the nostrils and relieving an airway obstruction. Surgical techniques for correcting nasal deformities can include adding, removing, reshaping and/or rearranging the cartilage and bones within the nose. The approach can be closed or open, as the open rhinoplasty is more precise and addresses more extensive issues. In open rhinoplasty the incision is across the columella (the skin located between the nostrils).
